臨床服務範圍
白內障與人工晶體手術
白內障手術、人工晶體選擇、屈光性晶體置換手術、人工晶體置換及複雜白內障手術。
視網膜手術
檢查及評估以及手術治療黃斑前膜、黃斑裂孔、視網膜裂孔與脫離，以及部分有症狀的飛蚊症（眼前飄動的黑點或線條）。
內科視網膜診療
檢查、評估及治療黃斑病變和視網膜靜脈阻塞，視情況包括眼內注射治療。
複雜及聯合診療
為曾接受手術、有眼部外傷，或同時患有白內障和視網膜疾病的眼睛制定診療計劃。

VIEW2 是確立玻璃體內注射阿柏西普（一種眼內注射藥物）用於治療濕性（滲出性）年齡相關性黃斑病變的兩項關鍵試驗之一。阿柏西普目前已在國際上用於治療此病症。

陳醫生曾支持柬埔寨與巴布亞新畿內亞的眼科培訓工作，包括向當地眼科專科醫生及受訓醫生講授視網膜疾病相關知識。
在柬埔寨，他的義工工作包括白內障與視網膜手術。他曾多次參與澳大利亞健康人道援助組織（Australian Health Humanitarian Aid，AHHA）的慈善手術義診團，最近一次為 2026 年。
AHHA 是一個澳大利亞慈善機構，其工作包括眼科手術及其他健康和人道援助項目。
