Trust the sweep.

Drag the view or use the arrow keys. The small map also steers the beam. Hold the illuminated peripheral retina steady; each of 24 sectors fills once inspected. Switch to anterior vitreous with Space or the depth buttons and hold for 1.5 seconds.

All three outcome buttons are available throughout play. Click A, B or C, or press the matching key, whenever you are ready to decide.

For discharge, provide return precautions for increasing flashes/floaters, a curtain or field loss, or reduced vision, and arrange appropriate follow-up. The clock is a game mechanic: never rush a real examination. The on-call meter never penalises referral for an incomplete or obscured examination.
